shipping, handling and insurance cost for

charge for each item will be only $5.00
USD (up to 25 items per order). For example,

charged $8.99 for the first item (Standard
Ground Service), and then $10 for the remaining
2 items ($5.00 for each). Thus the total
charge for three items will be $18.99 USD.
In order to qualify and take advantage of
our combined shipping policy you must wait
until all auctions close and "Buy It
Now" selections are made before checking
out. Our checkout system will generate one
consolidated invoice for all items purchased
within 10 days. Please do not wait more
than 10 days as this will result in your

North American bidders can expect delivery after
up to 8-10 business days. International bidders
can expect delivery after up to 20 to 30 business
days. When approximating your delivery date please
do not include Saturdays, Sundays or statutory

If you require your item sooner, Express Shipping
is available - please the shipping costs chart
for exact pricing. Shipping costs vary depending
on the item purchased, so please look closely

Shipping insurance is included with the shipping
charges. This gives you full coverage for the
purchase price of the item, ensuring that should
your shipment be lost or delayed, you will be
issued a refund if a replacement item can not
be sent to you.
As customs regulations vary in different countries,
some items may be subject to Import Fees. However,
these fees usually do not apply to any item under
$200 USD.

Payment for your item is required within seven
days of the auction’s close. Unless you
have made special arrangements with our customer
service department, your item will be re-listed
at the close of the seventh day and we may file
an unpaid item strike against you.
As we do not accept personal or business cheques,
you can choose to pay with PayPal or by Money
Order.

If the product was listed correctly, but you
have decided you do not want it, you have five
business days to contact us regarding a return.
All sales are final after the five-day period
has elapsed. The buyer is responsible for all
shipping and insurance costs involved in a return
of this nature.
If the correct size and/or color was shipped,
but the item is not what you had in mind, you
have five business days to contact us for an exchange,
pending product availability. After five business
days, all sales are final. Again, the buyer is
responsible for all shipping and insurance costs
involved in a return of this nature.
When returning an item, you must obtain
a return authorization code from us. Email

If the item you are shipped is not in fact
the item you ordered, please email customer

within five business days of receiving the
item and we will replace the product, offer
a partial refund and/or similar item, or
refund your full purchase price including
